Creates a room, connects the agent, and dials the SIP address. The agent will say "Hello world" when the call is answered.
If you see "sip trunk does not exist", set SIP_OUTBOUND_TRUNK_ID in .env to an outbound trunk ID from lk sip outbound list. If you see "request timed out" or "deadline_exceeded", check that the SIP client (e.g. Linphone) is registered as the user you are calling (e.g. testuser@livekit.chat4web.ru) and use the full address.
